This document establishes the terms and conditions governing access to and use of neustreamar.com, operated by Neustreamar S.A. de C.V. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Purpose
Neustreamar provides through this site information about its Business Intelligence platform, analytical content, and the possibility of subscribing to its monthly executive report. Use of the site does not imply the contracting of professional services, which shall, where applicable, be formalized through a specific agreement.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, trademarks, logos, design, sample dashboards, source code, and other materials) is owned by Neustreamar S.A. de C.V. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, refraining from: (i) attempting to access restricted areas; (ii) introducing malicious code; (iii) performing reverse engineering; (iv) automating consumption of the site without authorization.
4. Forms and subscription
The submission of the subscription form implies express acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Neustreamar reserves the right to refuse subscriptions when the data is incomplete, obviously false, or when the email originates from a non-corporate domain.
5. Limitation of liability

Neustreamar does not guarantee that the analytical results shown can be directly extrapolated to the reader's specific operation. We shall not be liable for interruptions beyond our control (force majeure, third-party failures, or connectivity issues).
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
