Privacy Policy
At Neustreamar S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Neustreamar") we process our users' personal data in a responsible, transparent manner, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. This policy describes what information we collect, for what purpose, and how you can exercise your ARCO rights.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data that you voluntarily provide through corporate forms: full name and professional email address. Automatically, via cookies, we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session duration.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (i) deliver the monthly Business Intelligence executive report; (ii) contact you with information on analytics modules relevant to your sector; (iii) measure site performance and improve user experience; (iv) comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations applicable in Mexico.
4. Data transfers
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (for example, transactional email services or cloud hosting), who are contractually bound to maintain the same protection standards.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise at any time your rights to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your data, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacy@neustreamar.com with a copy of a valid official ID. We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days.
6. Security measures
Neustreamar maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and annual internal audits.
7. Modifications
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be available on this page, indicating the date of last update.
